Digital banking will become quicker and easier to use for Unity Trust Bank customers with the launch of our new Online Banking service.
The first 1,600 customers were successfully migrated over to the new platform on June 12, and are already benefitting from the enhanced features.

With migration implemented in stages over the next three months to ensure a smooth and swift transition for everyone, customers will be kept fully informed about when it’s their turn to switch over.
Sebastian Miles is the Programme Manager for Change and IT Development. He said: “We listened to our customers to find out how we could improve our online banking facilities and, as a result, we have introduced a range of new features to help our customers manage their business more efficiently.
“It’s been a herculean effort from everyone involved at Unity. We’re delighted that this 16-month project has finally come to fruition and customers can benefit from the improvements we’ve made.”
Unity’s existing Online Banking service will be available until all customers have been successfully migrated to the new platform.
Support is also being offered via an online Customer Hub which includes easy-to-follow video tutorials and FAQs.
