Unity Trust Bank has been shortlisted in the ‘Best Charity Banking Provider’ category at the Business Moneyfacts Awards 2023, the largest business finance awards ceremony in the UK.

Due to be held at Evolution London later this month, the awards bring together industry professionals to celebrate success in the business finance and commercial finance sectors.

Brokers and businesses, combined with data from the Moneyfacts Group research team, have determined the final shortlist, which encompasses over 40 categories.

Unity has been shortlisted as a ‘Best Charity Banking Provider’ finalist as a result of its ongoing support for the charity sector since its inception nearly 40 years ago.

We play a pivotal role in providing the necessary finance and banking services to charities, resulting in thousands of organisations being able to improve the lives of people in communities across the UK.

One of the many examples of the positive impact Unity’s lending can make is our support for contemporary Leeds-based arts charity, East Street Arts. A six-figure loan helped the unique 60-bed art hostel open its doors following the pandemic, creating new jobs, and boosting tourism in the local area.

With strong links to charity sector bodies, including the Charity Law Association, we understand the environment charities work in, whatever field they operate in.

The winners will be announced at the Business Moneyfacts awards ceremony on 20 April 2023.
