Changes coming to Online Banking

As part of our commitment to keeping customers safe online, soon we’ll be making some changes to when we ask you to verify your identity. We’ll also be introducing additional features to help you manage your account. We will be writing to you via email to notify you of these changes with tips, guides, and more information on what you can expect from Unity to keep you safe.

These changes will mean that our Online Banking Terms and Conditions will be changing, to find more about these changes view our Online Banking EULA (End User Licence Agreement) here.
